I always had supervisors or colleagues that were willing to help me learn. The position I am in allows me to have the privilege of seeing both client and team member achievements.

Mindcolor has not only put clients, but team members, at the forefront of everything they are trying to accomplish - high quality services.

I first became interested in ABA while working as a respite care provider for a child with autism during college. It was the first time I felt truly engaged and eager to learn more.

The more I learned about the impact of ABA, the more passionate I became about it. I love working alongside such a supportive team where our focus lies on creating an environment where teams can focus on their strengths.

I realized we shared a deep passion for providing high-quality ABA therapy—ensuring the therapy we provide is not only effective for the families and clients we serve but also creating a supportive and compassionate work environment.

After my son's diagnosis, I knew I wanted to learn more about ABA and get more involved in the field. I wanted to be able to better support him and other families navigating the same journey.
