Mindcolor Autism’s Madison West center offers ABA therapy and autism services for families in Madison, Fitchburg, Verona, Middleton, Sun Prairie, and Cottage Grove.
Our dedicated team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and behavior therapists and technicians at our West Madison center provide compassionate, individualized ABA therapy for your child.
We work with children ages 2-9 and accept most commercial insurance plans and Tricare. By raising the bar for autism services and breaking down barriers to care, we strive to help every child with autism receive the care they deserve.

Autism Therapy Services for Children and Families
Our center offers ABA services for children ages 2 to 9 and the families who support them. We welcome families across the area, including Fitchburg, Verona, Middleton, Sun Prairie, and Cottage Grove, and each child works with a team that learns what motivates them.
Therapy is most effective when new skills are practiced often, in small steps, with plenty of encouragement. Your care team builds that practice into play, routines, and time with peers.
Support for Autistic Children Ages 2 to 9
Autistic children learn best when teaching matches their interests, pace, and communication style. Whether your child is 2 years old and just beginning to use words or closer to age 9 and working on friendships, goals are age-appropriate and focused on skills that matter in daily life.
Early skills also build school readiness, including following directions, waiting for a turn, and practicing social skills with peers, so children can thrive when they move into the classroom.
A Welcoming Learning Environment for Every Child
Our learning center is a child-friendly space designed for play and practice. Center-based ABA, also called clinic-based care, gives children structure, trained staff nearby, and a steady routine, along with a chance to practice alongside peers in a safe environment.
Each ABA program is built around a strong relationship between your child and the care team. When children feel safe and understood, they are more willing to try new things.
A Data-Driven Approach to Care
Team members record how each skill is going, and the clinical team reviews the results regularly, so teaching can change when something is not working. Care is led by Board Certified Behavior Analysts, who are trained in the field of ABA and guide the clinical team. Your clinician can walk you through the data at review meetings.
