Mindcolor Autism’s Madison East center provides ABA therapy and autism services to families in Madison, Fitchburg, Verona, Middleton, Sun Prairie, and Cottage Grove.
Our dedicated team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and behavior therapists and technicians at our East Madison center provide compassionate, individualized ABA therapy for your child.
We work with children ages 2-9 and accept most commercial insurance plans and Tricare. By raising the bar for autism services and breaking down barriers to care, we strive to help every child with autism receive the care they deserve.

Early Intervention for Autism: Why Starting Early Matters
Starting early gives children more time to practice communication, play, and self-care while they are learning quickly. Early diagnosis and treatment for children can set the stage for skills that carry over to home, school, and the community, and many families find that early support helps children with autism enjoy fuller, more independent lives.
Support looks different at each age. A toddler who is 2 years old may be learning to ask for help, while children who are 3-5 years old may be working on play, routines, and getting ready for school. We focus on young children, and early support can help your child build skills that make school and daily life easier.
Autism Therapy Services for Children in Wisconsin
Our center provides ABA therapy for children ages 2 to 9, from toddlers to elementary school age. Families come to us from Fitchburg, Verona, Middleton, Sun Prairie, Cottage Grove, and nearby communities.
Thousands of children with autism live in Wisconsin, and families across Wisconsin often ask the same questions about getting started, therapy, and coverage. Our team works with families to answer them, and we offer ABA services built around the strengths of each child.
Our program uses an evidence-based approach to care, and no two children need the same version of ABA. Your care team sets goals for communication, play, and daily routines, and teaches behavioral skills in small steps.
Working With Your Care Team and Other Providers
Many children also receive speech therapy or occupational therapy. Share those goals with your clinician so the plan fits together, and ask other providers to share updates when you can.
These therapies often focus on different skills than behavioral treatment, so the teams can support each other. Contact our team if you would like to talk through how the plans fit.
